Sadhana....................

To be at peace with relationships fueled by relief — not searching for the words of comfort, but sensing the conversations of mutual purpose; this is family striking chords of conscious communication . . . bonding in their connection more deeply than ever. This is the music of the spheres; it fuels destinies to cross—pollinate and relationships to discover their mutual growth without struggle.

There are no written instructions that bring you to this place of power . . . there are instructions on the inside of consciousness that bring the discipline required to open such a place that is already with you. This discipline, known as sadhana to the ones who practice fulfillment in their life — is an action that takes place before every day takes place.

A Sadhana contains elements that cause the senses to perceive the purpose within each moment. A Sadhana contains the ingredients that permit the eyes to see the subtle clues hidden behind the obvious. A Sadhana contains the ingredients that permit the ears to hear the subtle instructions whenever new patterns appear in old relations, or brand new relations appear out of the blue. A Sadhana is a practice that puts you in touch with everything you touch. A Sadhana revitalizes your senses to experience each experience fully and knowledgeably.

Sadhana combines all of the technologies of body, mind, emotions, and spirit into a common sense working relationship. There are elements of Sadhana contained in many other practices, but when combined around a common morning purpose, they activate the most conscious and conscientious powers within you.

Take the time to learn how this can apply to your life. Take the time to touch this base within you every day. It can begin with a few minutes of mindfully breathing when you first awaken.

The starting point is a desire for happiness and fulfillment; the next step is the inspiration to follow the one before it.
