हम उस दौर में जी रहे है,
जहाँ मासूमियत को बेवकूफी समझा जाता है!!

खुश हूं ।

"आज गाड़ी नहीं," पैदल ही खुश हूं
"दोस्तों का साथ नहीं," अकेला ही खुश हूं
"आज कोई नाराज है," उसके इस अंदाज से ही खुश हूं
"जिस को देख नहीं सकता," उसकी आवाज से ही खुश हूं
"जिसको पा नहीं सकता," उसको सोच कर ही खुश हूं
"बीता हुआ कल जा चुका है," उसकी मीठी याद में ही खुश हूं
"आने वाले कल का पता नहीं," इंतजार में ही खुश हूं
"हंसता हुआ बीत रहा है पल," आज में ही खुश हूं
"जिंदगी है छोटी," हर पल में खुश हूं
"अगर दिल को छुआ, तो जवाब देना"
"वरना बिना जवाब के भी खुश हूं।"
आप भी खुश रहें और खुशियाँ बांटें ।

व्यर्थ

हाथ से किया हुआ दान
और मुख से लिया
भगवान का नाम 
कभी व्यर्थ नही जाता ।।

बेचैनियां

बेचैनियां बाजार मै नहीं मिला करती यारों..

बाँटने वाला कोई बहुत नजदीकी होता है ..

तकदीर

काश तकदीर भी होती जुल्फ की तरह,

जब जब बिखरती, तब तब सवार लेते..!

कहाँ पर बोलना है और कहाँ पर बोल जाते हैं।
जहाँ खामोश रहना है वहाँ मुँह खोल जाते हैं।।

कटा जब शीश सैनिक का तो हम खामोश रहते हैं।
कटा एक सीन पिक्चर का तो सारे बोल जाते हैं।।

नयी नस्लों के ये बच्चे जमाने भर की सुनते हैं।
मगर माँ बाप कुछ बोले तो बच्चे बोल जाते हैं।।

बहुत ऊँची दुकानों में कटाते जेब सब अपनी।
मगर मज़दूर माँगेगा तो सिक्के बोल जाते हैं।।

अगर मखमल करे गलती तो कोई कुछ नहीँ कहता।
फटी चादर की गलती हो तो सारे बोल जाते हैं।।

हवाओं की तबाही को सभी चुपचाप सहते हैं।
च़रागों से हुई गलती तो सारे बोल जाते हैं।।

बनाते फिरते हैं रिश्ते जमाने भर से अक्सर।
मगर जब घर में हो जरूरत तो रिश्ते भूल जाते हैं।।

"कि तुम मुझे पसंद करो या मुझसे नफरत, दोनो ही मेरे पक्ष में हैं।"

क्योंकि अगर तुम मुझको पसंद करते हो तो, मैं आपके दिल में हूँ,
और अगर तुम मुझ से नफरत करते हो, तो मैं आपके दिमाग में हूं !!

कुछ कहा मैंनें,

पर शायद तूने सुना नहीं...

तू छीन सकती है बचपन मेरा,

यूँ तो झूम लेते हैं नशे में पीने वाले

मगर हर नशे का नाम शराब नहीं होता...

खामोश चेहरे पर हज़ारों पहरे होते हैं

हँसती आखों में भी ज़ख़्म गहरे होते हैं

जिनसे अक्सर रूठ जाते हैं हम,

असल में उनसे ही रिश्ते गहरे होते हैं...

किसी ने खुदा से दुआ माँगी,

दुआ में अपनी मौत माँगी,

खुदा ने कहा, मौत तो तुझे दे दूँ मगर,

उसे क्या कहूँ जिसने तेरी ज़िंदगी की दुआ माँगी...

हर इन्सान का दिल बुरा नहीं होता

Forgive

Never go to sleep angry. Because you never know if you or the person you're mad at will wake up the next morning. 

Always forgive because you never know if you'll talk to them again. 

Things happen. Get over it. Always forgive. 

You may not forget but it's better than knowing you'll never get to say sorry it I love you again.

चोट

एक सुनार था, उसकी दूकान से मिली हुई एक लोहार की दूकान थी।

सुनार जब काम करता तो उसकी दूकान से बहुत धीमी आवाज़ आती, किन्तु जब लोहार काम करता को उसकी दूकान से कानों को फाड़ देने वाली आवाज़ सुनाई देती।

एक दिन एक सोने का कण छिटक कर लोहार की दूकान में आ गिरा। वहाँ उसकी भेंट लोहार के एक कण के साथ हुई।
सोने के कण ने लोहे के कण से पूछा- भाई हम दोनों का दुख एक समान है, हम दोनों को ही एक समान आग में तपाया जाता है और समान रूप ये हथौड़े की चोट सहनी पड़ती है। मैं ये सब यातना चुपचाप सहता हूँ, पर तुम बहुत चिल्लाते हो, क्यों?

लोहे के कण ने मन भारी करते हुऐ कहा- तुम्हारा कहना सही है, किन्तु तुम पर चोट करने वाला हथौड़ा तुम्हारा सगा भाई नहीं है। मुझ पर चोट करने वाला लोहे का हथौड़ा मेरा सगा भाई है।

परायों की अपेक्षा अपनों द्वारा दी गई चोट अधिक पीड़ा पहुचाती है

Bhai Malkit Singh Ji Batala Wale Passes Away While Doing Kirtan in NY

Well known Kirtaniye Bhai Malkit Singh Ji Batala Wale passed away while doing kirtan at Sikh Cultural Society Gurdwara Sahib in Richmond Hill, NY. The blessed GurSikh left his physical form while singing gurbani.

It can be seen in the video that Bhai Malkit Singh Ji seem to have started feeling some symptoms of a heart attack about a minute before.

Medical professionals from the Sangat rushed to provide assistance while an ambulance arrived on the scene. Bhai Malkit Singh Ji suffered from a massive heart attack.

New Zealand PM: Sikhs should be allowed to wear kirpans at World Cup matches

New Zealand Prime Minister John Key believes the International Cricket Council has it wrong in barring Sikh fans from wearing kirpans at World Cup matches.

Mr Key has also signaled that the Government could change current Civil Aviation Authority rules to allow kirpans to be taken on flights.

Seven Sikh cricket fans were barred from entering Eden Park to watch India play Zimbabwe in a Cricket World Cup match on Saturday because they were wearing kirpans.

The kirpan is a ceremonial sword carried by Sikhs for religious purposes, but is considered by the ICC to be a weapon.

Mr Key said this afternoon that the ICC rightly set the rules for what could be brought into New Zealand cricket venues.

"It's their tournament, not ours. So we can't dictate that to them."

However, in recent weeks he had met with members of the Sikh community and was sympathetic to their position.

"My understanding of the kirpan is it is for the most part very small, it's a blunt instrument.

"And, actually, if you want to make the case that someone could cause harm with that, they're probably much more likely to be able to cause harm with anything else you can get at the grounds, including a wine bottle or something else."

Daljit Singh, chairman of the Supreme Sikh Council, said many in the Sikh community were unhappy with the ICC's decision and the council was considering taking legal action.

"This decision has huge implication because we have about 500 in our community who already bought tickets for the semifinals, and are now worried that they cannot get in," Mr Singh said.

"We have been told that under NZ law it is legal to carry a kirpan, but this ban is being imposed by the ICC which we feel should follow the law of the land."

It is legal to wear a kirpan in New Zealand, but they cannot be taken on to flights.

Mr Key said he wanted the Government to look at making an exemption in aviation rules for the kirpan.

"Some countries have legislated for that, I think the UK and Australia. We might look at it, I am sympathetic to the view."

Karamjit Singh, 40, said last Saturday was the first time he had been stopped from entering a game in his 16 years of watching cricket in New Zealand.

"The kirpan is one of the pillars of our Sikh faith, and I have been to all games in the past with no issue," he said.

Daljit Singh Sekhon, 25, said he started wearing the kirpan when he got baptised and it was like "part of the body".

"I don't ever remove it and even when I shower I tie it to my head ... to be asked to remove the kirpan is insulting, not just to me but to all Sikhs," he said.

Race Relations Commissioner Susan Devoy said the tournament organisers had offered to take care of kirpans while their owners were at the game.

"This is a similar policy to the one used by many airlines," she said. "We need to keep talking with Sikh Kiwis. Balancing rights isn't easy."
